Happy Father's Day!
Since today is our Lord's Day, I thought the pic I used was honouring to both human dad's and God, our Father!
I must say that I truly miss my dad.
Even though we didn't have the best relationship, I always loved him. I still do. And, always will.
His life may not have been easy, but I believe he was blessed in many ways.
Any time I can, I want to honour him. And, rejoice in being the last family member to see him, before he died.
Hopefully, he's rejoicing in Heaven.
Thinking of this, brought to mind, Proverbs 23:24, "The father of the righteous shall greatly rejoice: and he that begetteth a wise child shall have joy of him."
I have no idea whether or not my dad has joy, thinking of me, and/or my siblings. But, I'm trusting God, our Father for this.
My mom loved my dad. I'm happy about this. She praised him.
For the rest of my life, I'll love both my parents. And, will love and honour my dad.
I'm truly grateful that God, our Father has loved me, and provided for me. Thank You, Lord!
And, to you, who are dad's... I wish you Happy Father's Day!
