We, in Canada
celebrate
Queen Victoria's
birthday!
Here is a link for you to read about
Queen Victoria:
Victoria Day, was set up
to honour
Queen Victoria
on
her birthday,
May 24th
of each year.
However, with our country
wanting
a Monday holiday,
it was decided to honour
Queen Victoria
on the Monday,
before the 25th of May,
each year.
You can read about it, here:
Thinking about honouring people,
brought to mind
1 Peter 2:17,
"Honour all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honour the king."
While Queen Victoria, and other Queens, are not male,
they still deserve to be honoured.
Just as we do, here in Canada.
For this, I praise God,
and thank our Canadian government.
It's for this reason,
I wish you..
Blessings...
Until next time...
