As you are probably aware, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I discuss events with my church family, from time to time.  Today, is one of those days.

On SONday, I met up with some of my church family for our Adult Sunday school/Bible study class.

Afterwards, we all went upstairs to our sanctuary.  And, worshipped our God, just as we do, every week.

Our teaching and preaching was absolutely wonderful!

Yesterday, was another time when I spent time with my church family.  Well, at least some of them.

On Tuesday evenings, we have our Bible Study class.

I must admit, I truly enjoy studying God's Word.  And, enjoy time with my church family.

My pastor had asked me to bring something as a treat for all who attend on Tuesday evening.  I did.  So, together we enjoyed a sweet treat, as a snack.

Spending time together is heart-warming to me.

But, spending time with them, honouring God is even of more value to me.

Thinking about how we spent time together, brought to mind 1 Corinthians 10:31, "Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God."

Yes, we ate a sweet treat, and drank coffee and/or water, but we spent our time honouring God.  And, thanked Him.

We did all to the glory of God!

Especially, when we studied and discussed His Word. 

What a blessing it was.  And, is... always.

For this, I am truly thankful!
