A Blessing...

If you've been reading Life with Lynnie (LwL) lately, you'll know that on Resurrection Day, Easter Sunday, I spent a lot of time with my church family.

My day didn't end there.

Once our fellowship time and pot-luck luncheon was over, I made my way to my daughter B's home.  There I visited her, and some of her children.  Unfortunately, not all were there.  :(

However, I truly enjoyed myself.

I was even able to once again hold my great-granddaughter S, who was born in January, this year.  In addition, I even helped feed her!  :)

It was a wonderful time.  So many ages of everyone there, made it wonderful.  Some adults, some teenagers, and my granddaughter, who is not yet five (5) years old.

Being truly thankful for being able to spend time with B and our family members, made me feel truly blessed.

Eventually, I made my way to my daughter P's home.

Together, we spent time with our family, there.  It was wonderful visiting with my teenage grandsons, and my young adult grandson.  Of course, this was in addition to spending time with P, and her boyfriend, K.

It was such a blessing to have been invited there for supper.

We enjoyed a delicious meal of roast beef, gravy, Yorkshire pudding, veggies, and potatoes.   Of course, the milkshake and cake dessert was absolutely delicious, too!

To both my families, I took a lot of sweet treats.

No.  The Easter Bunny, did not come and provide them.  I did.

I did this, to be able to celebrate this special day, of spending time, together.

It was a joyful time.  Especially, since I was able to talk about Jesus.

And, how all who trust in/believe upon our Lord, Jesus Christ pass from death to life.

Just as we read, in John 5:24, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life."

Yes, Jesus died for the sin of the world, of all who will believe upon Him.

My friend, if you do not yet have salvation, please know that you truly need a Saviour.

A Saviour, who will prevent you from passing from death, to Hell.  Who will instead, pass you from death, unto life... in Heaven.  For eternity.  For, forever.

The Saviour you need, is Jesus.

May God bless you, as you look to Him.

Until next time...
