Bright & Beautiful...

Today, being our Lord's Day, once again here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I'll be heading to go spend time with my church family.

Like normal, I'll attend Bible study, now called Adult Sunday School.  Then, will worship in spirit and in truth.  And, through music.

A hymn that came to mind for today, is an older one that is an Anglican hymn with lyrics by Cecil Frances Alexander.  It's called All Things Bright And Beautiful.  Here is a link for you to listen and/or sing along:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FT_oDqOEGpc.  The lyrics are below.

All Things Bright And Beautiful

All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful:
The Lord God made them all.

Each little flower that opens,
Each little bird that sings,
God made their glowing colors,
And, made their tiny wings.

All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful:
The Lord God made them all.

The purple-headed mountains,
The river running by,
The sunset and the morning
That brightens up the sky.

All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful:
The Lord God made them all.

The cold wind in the winter,
The pleasant summer sun,
The ripe fruits in the garden:
God made them every one.

All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful:
The Lord God made them all.

God gave us eyes to see them,
And lips that we might tell
How great is a God Almighty,
Who has made all things well.

All things bright and beautiful,
All creatures great and small,
All things wise and wonderful:
The Lord God made them all.

As we read in the lyrics, God made everything.

Just as we read, in Genesis 1:1, " In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth."

After reading verse 1 posted here today, you can continue reading.  If you do, you'll find out that He truly created everything.  Everything.

Knowing that He is the creator, we must look to Him, for everything.  Everything in our lives.

And, knowing that God is comprised of Father, Son and Holy Spirit, we need to learn about Him.  We need to have greater understanding.

So, my friend, if you do not read the Bible, I would suggest you do so.

God is in control.  He created our plan of redemption for us, by sending His only begotten Son to earth, to die on the cross, for the sin of the world, of all who will believe.  And, Jesus sent the Holy Spirit, to lead and guide us.

By trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, you shall be saved (Acts 16:31).  And, you shall then spend eternity in Heaven, with God.

For this, I praise Him!  Hallelujah!

If you don't do this, you will spend eternity in Hell, separated from God.  With no chance of escape.

Think about it.

Come to Christ, today.  Tomorrow, may be too late.

Until next time...
