Shine a Light...

In yesterday's Life with Lynnie (LwL) entry, I discussed a song I adore.  It was... To Love Somebody, by the Bee Gees.

If you know the song, or if you read yesterday's LwL entry, where the lyrics are posted, you'll be aware that it is said that there's a light, a certain kind of light, that never shone on me.

And, if you read through the entire LwL entry, you'll know that my Lord's light has shone upon me.  In many ways.  Just as I wrote about.

Even so, thinking about light shining, brought to mind a Youtube video entitled, Shine a Light on Spondylitis Awareness - April, 2012.

Originally, there was a link that would bring you directly to it.  However, for some reason, it doesn't seem to be working, for me.

So, here is a link to Spondylitis Association of America's page, where there is a link to that video:  http://www.spondylitis.org/press/news/550-spondylitis-awareness.aspx

All you have to do, is scroll down the page, and click on the link entitled, The Shine a Light on Spondylitis project.  It opened then, for me.  And, will probably do so, for you.

That video was actually made for 2012, as you read earlier.  However, that doesn't mean that the Spondylitis video was only good for that time.

It's good for now, too.  And, probably will be... forever.  At least while we are still here on earth, alive.

Of course, as most people who belong to Him realize, once we leave this earth, and go to Heaven, there will be no more pain or suffering.

Just as we read, in Revelation 21:4, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away."

Yes, the sufferings of our present time, will be gone, once we who are God's children, leave this earth, upon our physical, human death.

He shall wipe away all tears.  There shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying, nor any more pain.  For the former things are passed away.

For this, I will always be thankful.  Especially, knowing that one day, my life here on earth will end.

And, because I am trusting in/believing upon my Lord, Jesus Christ, I will experience all we read here, today.

Will you?

Are you a child of God?

You may be a child of God's creation.  However, are you a child of God, who has gained salvation?  Been saved?

If so, you'll experience that, also.  And, I'll see you one day, in Heaven.

However, if you have not yet gained salvation, you may lose out.  And, suffer for eternity.  Forever.

All I can say to you, is... come to Christ, today.  Have a loving relationship with Him.

And, let His light shine upon you.

Then, you will be saved, and will be rewarded with eternal life.

Until next time...
