Once again, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL) I'm happy to say that I enjoyed worshipping with my church family, yesterday.

Of course, being the first SONday of November, meant that we had communion.  I am always happy doing this!

Unfortunately, I arrived a little later than I normally do, so I missed part of the Bible study class, before our worship service.  Even so, I was glad to have been able to attend even part of it!

On Saturday evening, I also arrived at our church building, a little later than I had hoped to do.

There was a special reason for this, though.  Unlike Sunday morning, I hadn't been held up with phone calls.

Instead, I had waited a little longer than I planned to, at Tim Horton's (TH).

If you've been reading LwL for any amount of time, you're probably aware that I meet with fellow single Christians on the first Friday of each month, at TH.  There, we have fellowship time, together.

However, this month was different.  This month, instead of meeting up on the first Friday of each month, we met up on the first Saturday.  This is our new meeting time!

Originally, when I heard about a special event happening with my church family on the first Saturday of November, I thought it was for children.  However, last Sunday it was told to me, that the event was for everyone.

After talking by phone with a few friends who meet at TH, we decided to meet there at the regular time.  Once all had arrived, then we would leave together and head over to enjoy the fellowship time, with my church family.

Knowing there were a couple of new people scheduled to join us at TH, we waited longer than was originally planned.  Unfortunately, they didn't show up, so we headed over to meet up with some of my church family, a little later than planned.

Even so, once we arrived and all met each other, we had a wonderful time of fellowship.  And, some good treats, too.

All in all, I must say that God provided in a special way, for all of us.  After all, we are all Christian, so we are all members of the family of God.

Just as we read in Romans 12:5, "So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another."

It matters not whether we worship at with the same church family group or not.  For even though we meet with various groups of people to worship God, we are truly members of one body in Christ.

For this, I am truly thankful.

Especially, since we had so much fun, food and fellowship, together!  Even though it was for a shorter time, than originally planned.

Do you meet with fellow Christians, who worship at various places?  Hopefully, so.  For each believer is your brother and/or sister in the Lord.

Until next time...
