From time to time, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I've discussed the need for prayer. Especially, for those who are being persecuted by Muslims.
A couple of days ago, I received an e-mail from Jordan Sekulow, from the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ). I copied and pasted the message I received. Here it is:
Will you join us in prayer for American Pastor Saeed?
Friday, September 26th, marks the two-year anniversary of Pastor Saeed's illegal imprisonment because of his Christian faith.
Two years apart from his wife. Two years without seeing his two kids.
All across the world, thousands of people are gathering to pray for Pastor Saeed and the persecuted Church.
There are over 500 prayer vigils scheduled in 33 countries around the world, including the kick-off event in front of the White House with Franklin Graham and Pastor Saeed's wife Naghmeh that I will be attending.
Please consider attending a prayer vigil nearest you, and invite your friends.
As we continue fighting globally for his release, it's time to pray for Pastor Saeed. It's time for his freedom.

Believe me when I say I prayed for pastor Saeed. In fact, I pray for him, and others who are being persecuted for their faith, daily.
A couple of years ago, UK's Islamist leader Anjem Choudary commented about how Islam will take over the world. Here is a link by CBN News World entitled, UK Islamist Leader: Islam Will Dominate America: http://www.cbn.com/cbnnews/world/2012/august/uk-islamist-leader-islam-will-dominate-america/.
Several years ago, when my now deceased husband Gordon and I were in London, England, we heard Anjem Chaudary speaking out against England, and against all infidels (non believers of Islam). Even at that time, he insisted that Islam would be taking over the world.
It seems they are taking over the world. Maybe in a slow manner of speaking. But, they are.
Islam will continue to do this, even here in North America. Just as they are doing in U.K. and elsewhere.
I believe what we need to do is not only pray, but stand up for what is right. And, fight.
Just as we read, in Revelation 13:9-10, "If any man have an ear, let him hear.
10 He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints."
We must listen to God.
He told us that whoever leads people into captivity, shall go into captivity, as well. And, he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword.
Some people do not believe this is right to do. But, I do. Because He told us that this is the patience and faith of the saints.
Saints? That's we Christians, who are truly Bible-believing, Bible-preaching saved Christians.
How grateful I am for God's Word. For, He tells us how we should think and live our lives.
He has made it clear that we cannot just lie quietly and be taken over.
I've been persecuted for believing and saying this is what God expects of us, His children. But, the persecution I've experienced has been nothing like what pastor Saeed and others have been experiencing.
So friend, please pray.
Pray for pastor Saeed. Pray for all our brothers and sisters in Christ, who are being persecuted for their faith. Like those in Iraq and throughout the world, who are being abused, lives changed, threatened and even murdered, by Muslims.
Thank you for joining me in prayer. May God bless you.
Until next time...
