Always Remember... Never Forget...

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I've discussed the issue of 9-11, in the past.

It's hard to believe that it's been 13 years since that act of terrorism took place.  At least for me, because it is still in my heart as if it happened, yesterday.  Possibly, it is due to the fact that terrorism of this sort by Muslims, is still happening, even if it is done differently, and in various parts of the world.

Today's LwL entry will be a little bit different.  It actually is an e-mail that I received.  However, not being able to copy/paste both the wording and pics, I elected to share the written info and only a couple of online pics sent with it.

Here's what I received:

USS  New York

It was built with 24,000 tons of scrap steel  from the  World    Trade    Centre  ..

It is the fifth in a new class of  warship - designed for missions that include special  operations against terrorists. It will carry a crew of 360  sailors and 700 combat-ready Marines to be delivered ashore by  helicopters and assault craft..

Steel from the   World   Trade   Center  was melted  down in a foundry in  Amite   ,   LA   to cast the ship's bow section. When it was  poured into the moulds on Sept 9, 2003, 'those big rough  steelworkers treated it with total reverence,' recalled Navy  Capt. Kevin Wensing, who was there. 'It was a spiritual moment  for everybody there.'

Junior Chavers, foundry  operations manager, said that when the trade Center steel  first arrived, he touched it with his hand and the 'hair on my  neck stood up.' 'It had a big meaning to it for all of us,' he  said. 'They knocked us down. They can't keep us down. We're  going to be back.'
The ship's motto? 'Never Forget'

Please keep this going so everyone can see  her!

Thinking about Islam and how it has been terrorizing the world, to make people convert or suffer death, made me think about Romans 8:36-39, "As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.
37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,
39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

I must admit, that we as Christians are suffering.
Like in Iraq, for example.

The suffering some are receiving at this time, will eventually make its way to each and every country that Islam is in control of.  And, also in those it is trying to take over.

It is for this reason, that I believe we, as Christians, need to let others know what is truly happening throughout the world.  And, help the unsaved to understand that they will not be able to change what's happening.

So, to help all through this horrible terroristic trial of life, we must help those who have not yet gained salvation, by trusting in/believing upon our Lord, Jesus Christ, understand the truth.  God's truth.

We may suffer here in life.  However, we will receive eternal salvation, through our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Salvation, with no more pain.  No more suffering.

For this, I praise God.  And, pray that if you do not already have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, that you will, before it's too late.

For nothing shall ever be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus, our Lord.

Never forget?  I never will.  I'll always remember.  Hopefully, you will, also.

Until next time...
