Warm Up?!

It's been a while since I discussed here on Life with Lynnie (LwL) about what I've been doing.

A few times now, I've gone into my apartment building's outdoor pool!

For this, I am truly thankful.  Especially since until recently, I have not been able to use the pool for close to two (2) years.

With all the surgery and other health issues, it just wasn't possible.

But, it is, now.  Thank You, Lord!

Yes, it truly makes me happy.  What would make me even happier, would be if I could work out in the pool, doing the extreme exercise I used to do.

Unfortunately, I cannot.  At least, not at this time.

The pain from my surgery and the use of my muscles to reconstruct my abdomen from my ribcage to my pelvis, is less now.  For this I praise God!  Thank You, Lord!

However, I still have some pain.  And, when I wear clothing or a bathing suit, my pain increases.

Even so, it's improving.  Hallelujah!

I must admit that I am constantly thanking the Lord, just as we are told to do, in Psalm 106:1, "Praise ye the Lord. O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever."

The last few times I've been in the pool, I have truly thanked Him.  Even, aloud!

You may be wondering why.

For sure, it's because I'm thankful to Him, for providing for me.  But, it's also because I know He has been merciful to me!

In addition, it's partly because when I am in the pool, I feel even less pain.

However, it's also because while in the pool I have begun to do some exercise, once again!  :)  Yes, this is true!

Okay... the exercise I've been doing is not severe in any way, shape or form.  It's just a few of the minor exercises I used to do to warm up, before exercising in a rather severe way.

I believe this will help me obtain some strength, because at the moment, I am exceptionally weak.  And, do not have much gut/stomach/abdomen strength.

Thank you for praying for healing for me, my friend.  It seems that God is answering your prayer, and mine.

For this, I'll be eternally thankful!

Until next time...
