By His Grace...

Today, here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I will once again let you know that I will go to worship God, with my church family.

As I've mentioned in the past, I like to worship Him in spirit, in truth, and through music.  Thinking about honouring and worshipping Him with music, brought to mind a song I like.

It's by Steve Fry entitled, By His Grace.  Here is a link to listen and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sk_alK0f0to.  The lyrics are below.

By His Grace

By His grace I am redeemed,
By His blood I am made clean;
And, I now can know Him face to face.
By His power I have been raised,
Hidden now in Christ by faith;
I will praise the glory of His grace.

By Your grace I am redeemed,
By Your blood I am made clean;
And I now can know You face to face.
By Your power I have been raised
Hidden now in Christ by faith;
I will praise the glory of His grace.

By His grace I am redeemed,
By His blood I am made clean;
And, I now can know Him face to face.
By His power I have been raised,
Hidden now in Christ by faith;
I will praise the glory of His grace.

By His grace I'm redeemed
By His blood I'm made clean

By His grace I'm redeemed
By His blood I'm made clean

I can know face to face
By His power I've been raised

I can know face to face
By His power I've been raised

By His grace I'm redeemed
By His blood I'm made clean

I can know face to face
By His power I've been raised

Thinking about His saving grace, always reminds me how we receive salvation.

Just as we read in Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast."

Yes, that's right.  We can do nothing in and of ourselves to obtain salvation.

We are saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ, alone.  Nothing more and nothing less.

Are you trusting in our Lord, Jesus Christ for your salvation?

If not, you will spend eternity in Hell, separated from God, with no chance of escape.

If you are trusting in Him, I will be happy to see you in Heaven, when we are called home.

Until next time...
