Worthy? Worthy!

Here on Life with Lynnie (LwL), I will once again mention that I will be going to worship my Lord, with my church family.

For this, I praise God!  Being able to actually, physically go to worship with my brothers and sisters in the Lord is truly a blessing to me.

After all, my health situation caused me to not be able to attend worship services, for quite a while.  So, I can truly say I am grateful that I am now able to worship with my church family!

So, I will say again, how I praise God!  Especially, since He is worthy of worship!

Like normal, I will honour, glorify and worship Him through music.

Worthy of Worship, was written by Terry York and Mark Blankenship.  Here is a link so you can listen and/or sing along:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8MkQTuzuPIM.  The lyrics are below.

Worthy of Worship

Worthy of worship, worthy of praise,
Worthy of honour and glory;
Worthy of all the glad songs we can sing,
Worthy of all of the offerings we bring.
You are worthy, Father, Creator.
You are worthy, Saviour, Sustainer.
You are worthy, worthy and wonderful;
Worthy of worship and praise.

Worthy of reverence, worthy of fear,
Worthy of love and devotion;
Worthy of bowing and bending of knees,
Worthy of all this and added to these...
You are worthy, Father, Creator.
You are worthy, Saviour, Sustainer.
You are worthy, worthy and wonderful;
Worthy of worship and praise.

Almighty Father, Master and Lord,
King of all kings and Redeemer,
Wonderful Counselor, Comforter, Friend,
Saviour and Source of our life without end;
You are worthy, Father, Creator.
You are worthy, Saviour, Sustainer.
You are worthy, worthy and wonderful;
Worthy of worship and praise.

Thinking of these lyrics, reminded me about how worthy God truly is, of worship.

Just as we are told in Revelation 4:11, "Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created."

Yes, He is definitely worthy.  Worthy of glory, honour, praise  and power.  Just as we read, He created all things.

For this, we need to be thankful for all He has done for us, for He not only created all things, but He has also given us a means of Salvation, through believing upon His Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ (Acts 16:31).

Yes, we all need to be thankful.  Me, you... and all who will believe upon Him.

Until next time...
