Majesty!

If you haven't been a reader of Life with Lynnie (LwL), you won't realize that today is a special day.  Of course, if you have been a reader of LwL, then you will know that each SONday... is!

Today, is the day is a day of worship.  Shortly, I'll be heading out to join brothers and sisters in the Lord, to worship.

Many people know that one way I enjoy worshipping, is in song.

Today, there was one song that stuck out in my mind.  It was written by Jack W. Hayford, arranged by Eugene Thomas, and is entitled, Majesty!

Here is a link, so you can listen and/or sing along:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OaRwD2Y7C0s.  And, here are the lyrics:

Majesty!

Majesty, worship His majesty.
Unto Jesus be all glory, honour and praise.
Majesty, kingdom authority
Flow from His throne unto His own;
His anthem raise.

So, exalt, lift up on high the name of Jesus.
Magnify, come glorify Christ Jesus, the King.
Majesty, worship His majesty--
Jesus who died, now glorified,
Kings of all Kings.

Majesty, worship His majesty.
Unto Jesus be all glory, honour and praise.
Majesty, kingdom authority
Flow from His throne unto His own;
His anthem raise.

So, exalt, lift up on high the name of Jesus.
Magnify, come glorify Christ Jesus, the King.
Majesty, worship His majesty--
Jesus who died, now glorified,
Kings of all Kings.

Jesus who died, now glorified,
Kings of all Kings.

Of course, as I've said in the past, I worship God the Father, in spirit and in truth.

Just as He told us we would, in John 4:23, "But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him."

Yes, God the Father seeks those who truly love Him, to worship Him.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I truly love God, and adore worshipping Him.

Although no one can really tell that I am connected to God every minute of every day, I believe I am.  He's on my mind night and day.  And, I stay connected to Him, in a mode of prayer.

Friend, if you have not yet come to Jesus, and obtained God's promise of salvation, by trusting in Jesus, then please... do so, today.

We are not guaranteed tomorrow.  Today is the day of salvation.

And, one day... I pray I'll meet you in heaven.

Until next time...
